Closing or refreshing your browser tab discards all temporary canvas object URLs and local image memory buffers.
1. Local Processing Architecture
RemoveBG.cfd uses an in-browser artificial intelligence segmentation model compiled to WebAssembly. When you select a file, the model runs locally on your computer's or smartphone's processor. The other image tools (compress, resize, crop, convert and PDF) use your browser's built-in Canvas API in the same way. The original image and resulting transparent cutout remain solely on your device.
2. Analytics, Advertising & Affiliate Links
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to measure page views, device type, and tool events such as processing duration, file size, file type and output size. We may show ads and affiliate links, and the networks behind them may set cookies. None of these receive your image pixels or filenames.
